Emergency Shelter in Cochrane

Big Hill Haven welcomes adults, with or without children as well as their pets. We are committed to ending the cycle of abuse and violence by offering a safe haven to families at risk. We offer outreach supports, emergency shelter, supportive counselling, advocacy, risk assessment, safety planning, resources and referrals. We are committed to building community capacity to respond to domestic violence and recognize its impact on all of us, focusing on prevention, intervention and educational strategies. We prioritize individuals from Cochrane and area, supporting others when possible.
