Communications and Community Engagement Support

This position provides administrative support to the ACWS communications and archival functions, as well as supporting the ACWS board. The role assists communications projects both internal and external to ACWS, supports efforts to maintain archival material and historical records, and provides clerical support to the board, board committees and the business meeting portion of the AGM.

Records Management and Archives Assistant

The Records Management and Archives Assistant will be highly organized and enjoy a wide diversity of tasks
centered around the ongoing storage and preservation of ACWS board and project records. This is a
temporary full-time position (10 weeks) and is subject to funding approval by the Canada Summer Jobs
Grant. Anticipated start and end dates are May 2024 to August 2024.
