The SPARK Foundation of Lloydminster is looking for a Family Violence Outreach Worker to join their team in a full-time position. The Family Violence Outreach Worker: Contributes to and is responsible for all aspects of the services offered through the Family Violence Outreach Program, providing support services to non- residential clients of the Interval Home as well as past residents. Provides comprehensive safety planning and trauma-informed care to clients, as well as harm reduction strategies for interpersonal and/or family violence, substance use, mental health and sexual health, etc. Advocates for social justice and reduced barriers for women accessing services; develops an active case load and ensures effective case management. Assesses the risk and vulnerability of the individual and respond with appropriate risk management strategies, adhering to SPARK policies and procedures.
