This training focuses on integrating key practice frameworks such as feminist leadership, trauma-informed care, and intersectional practice. Participants will learn to uphold professional boundaries, build skills to effectively intervene and support, operationalize risk assessments, develop collaborative safety plans, navigate complex cases with sensitivity and empathy, and more. This training is designed to raise awareness of the expertise required in the shelter sector and to help participants build the skills and confidence needed to provide consistent, survivor-centered care. Through applied learning, self-reflection, and practical takeaways, it aims to equip Case Managers and support workers with the tools to offer personalized support, build trust, and create a safe, collaborative environment. The Case Management Foundations is a 5-hour training composed of 8 modules. You can complete the course at your own pace, following one of the two learning pathways: Full program: Take all modules in order, spaced over a period of 4-6 weeks. If you complete the entire training, you will receive a completion certificate with the full training title. Individual, standalone module: Select individual modules to support specific professional development needs. Upon completion of individual modules, you will receive a completion certificate with the respective module title. Module Breakdown What is the cost?
