The Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) Lethbridge and District is dedicated to enhancing the lives of southern Alberta women through personal empowerment and supportive programming for over 73 years, and now, they are looking for their Chief Executive Officer.

Their ideal candidate is a transformational leader that is passionate about their cause. Someone who has the experience and credibility as a trailblazer in an environment where the ability to be an effective leader, build relationships, and guide an organization through significant change and growth is critical. The CEO will report to a governance board and be responsible for achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
