Enabling Hope: ACWS Launches Fall Campaign with Donation Matching from EPCOR’s Heart + Soul Fund

Fall is a time of year when the leaves are turning, children are returning to school, and many of us are taking comfort in the familiar routines of the season. As the weather cools, home is where we find warmth and connection with loved ones. However, for people experiencing domestic violence, home isn’t always safe.

That is why we are appealing to you to donate during our fall campaign. Through your gift to ACWS, you can enable hope and help support our work to end violence against women and seniors. This year, thanks to EPCOR’s Heart + Soul Fund donation matching, your gift goes even further.

From now until the end of the year, EPCOR will match donations up to a total of $20,000. These funds will go toward initiatives such as worksite domestic violence responder training, enhancing economic security for women in the shelter, building on the children’s curriculum for young people with lived experience of domestic violence, and expanding work to support Truth and Reconciliation.
